I dealt only with the collision center. You had my car for 5 weeks saying it was repairable then totaled it without telling me why.

Stay clear from this service department!!! We recommend going to any service besides at this dealership. We were told that a part would be covered under warranty on our 2020 Blazer. Whe. the part finally came in and we dropped our car off for the parts to be installed the parts then became over $200.

They told me it would be 850 dollars for something that cost me 40 bucks and half an hour to do myself. Talk about up charge I will never take y car there again cost me 120 dollars just to confirm that it was the issue I told them it was when I brought in the truck.

Service MEN- need an attitude adjustment! Only went there for a new key fab almost left with a dirty car from his feet all over my running boards & Weather tech mats. I told him to clean it. He ONLY cleaned the 1 mat on the drivers side. Forgot the other side! Will never go back!!!
