This dealership is nothing but a scam business. They don't care about their customers, they sale you bogus warranty , and when you have a issue they would honor the warranty. Too salesman talk to you like you are stupid. Lang sake man is . rude and nasty. I'll never purchase another vehicle from them.

4 1/2 hours…Follow up on a used truck purchase. Put in spare tire and jack. Probably required by law. Could not program new key (purchased by me). Left me with one key and a light on the dash and having to turn ignition on twice to start. Told me I needed another key at 60 dollars that was back ordered, I am worse off than I was and I guess I need to spend money on a process that they seem unable to master.

I just bought a used Silverado and I was only given 1 key. Once I got home I realized that I also did not have a jack or a spare tire. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.

Problem: I made an appt. to have my EV Bolt battery checked out due to a recall. I called to make sure there was actually something that could be done at this time. The appt setter checked with the service dept, and was told that it was just an inspection to see if my battery was one of the ones to be concerned with possible fire, melting, etc. And that they would need 2 to 3 hours for the inspection. El primer servicio me cambiaron una pieza indicando que estaba solucionado el problema. Al volver a usarlo, me volvió a dejar accidentado. Se los volví a llevar, duró dos semanas, y no resolvieron el problema. En mi experiencia, el lugar es muy agradable, el Sr Ed y Anibal, me atendieron de maravilla. Pero el resultado no fue el esperado! Perdí dinero y tiempo. Y aún sigo accidentado. Estoy buscando verdaderos especialistas.

Along with my oil change I requested that my fuel pump was looked at due to starting issues with my car after it sits for long periods. All they did was start my car three times and said nothing is wrong. Turns out my check valve is faulty and is causing a delay in starting. Not sure why they didn’t want to fix my fuel pump but I’m disappointed in the lack of effort put in by this service team to resolve a mechanical issue with my car.

Terrible customer service. Walked into the service area, 4 people with heads down. Seems to be a game to see who will lose and acknowledge the customer first. Finally was acknowledged Explained the recall I was bringing my vehicle in for and was promptly told, There's no recall on the Colorado. Really? Then why did Chevrolet send me this letter about it. All my service interactions with Ferman have been excellent until this one. After spending $180 and waiting two hours, I was disappointed to realize that upon leaving, my tires were left under-inflated at 32psi while warm (this morning at a cold start, two were at 30psi. I had to immediately add air to get them to the correct 35psi. It makes me wary about what else might have been neglected during my service.
