Some of the people are very unreliable. Especially in sales. They DO NOT return phone calls. This is the same problem in service. You can call and leave messages to no avail. They DO NOT return calls. VERY RUDE !!! I have yet to see them actually fix a complex problem. Anything more than a flat tire I would go elsewhere.

SCAM SCAM SCAM never will visit again and never will recommend this place to anyone ever! The website is a scam and I didn’t get the work done I was promised, an actual joke

Had trouble getting my vehicle handed back to me in prpoper condition. Had to argue with Service advisor to get work completed properly. Was told that something is broken so they were not able to put spare tire back in its storage position. Turned out that this was only an excuse. Mechanic could not be bothered.

The worst service I have ever had at a Car dealership. My rep Tony was terrible, his manager was awful. Had me waiting over 3 hours and never updated my as to what was going on. Never did finish, no apologies no nothing. I would still be sitting there if I didn’t keep going to check on status. Terrible service, terrible service waiting area. Management is very unprofessional.

Purchasing a car from Ferman Chevrolet was one of the most disappointing car purchases in the more than 30 years of buying cars. The car we purchased, a 2020 Traverse, had 4,500 miles on it. The car was used as a rental and needed to have a few things serviced and corrected before we were presented with the car, but the salesman as well as the sales manager and the dealership in general, were mostly interested in selling the car than making sure that they were getting a customer. I should not have to pay $1200 for a headlight.so I refused and took it somewhere else. 400 for labor for a head light? Not cool.

I do not blame anyone one but my self i was rushed into this purchase. The car was listed for 18k i ended up giving a trade in and still spent 26k. That includes 3k warantee finance and tax lic ect. I am stupid i paid too much for the car.

Other dealerships told me they couldn’t get the car I wanted Your salesman took the bull by the horn and found just what I wanted in 5 minutes I don’t need 25words that’s a waste of my time
