I will never deal with Ferman Automotive group ever again! Horrible customer service. The salesman was the only good thing there. Stay away and go to another dealer

You guys had my car for 32 days. That is way too long . Specially when insurance only covers 30 days. I went through the same thing about 15 years ago when I had my car fixed there and to be honest I probanly wont use you again

Had my 2019 zr2 in shop 4 times for same problem. Could not fix.told to live with it. I've purchased 11 vehicles from you since 2014,your staff,including G.M.were not very nice,very,very rude. I will never buy from FERMAN again much less any G.M. product. Don't get me wrong, you've got some extremely nice and helpful people there and in the past have always helped me above and beyond. During my visit at the service office I have had trouble with the staff not helping me with my issues being sarcastic and rude and they are all flat out unreliable. Coming to the service department at this Chevrolet makes me annoyed because I will have to deal with them and get absolutely no where with my problem and they won’t make no effort to help fix the situation but just leaving it to fix itself.

My car was damaged when I took it in for an oil change. My car was running fine when I took it in for an oil change. I drove it about 3 miles and had to have it towed back to the dealership. I have not heard what the diagnosed problem is. Something happened to my car while it was in the service center that is very suspicious.

Recall work completed, now a/c not working Brought my 2015 Silverado in at 9 am for recall work on brake module. Told me 30 minute job on the phone, so I waited. Was there for over an hour. It was a cool day, so the a/c never kicked on the rest of that day. Next day it was a lot warmer, but my a/c suddenly didn't blow cold air. Where’s my car Dropped my car off at the body shop on a Friday. Asked the body to shop have it serviced for 3 items while I was out of town. Body shop did their job well, Service completely dropped the ball. My car was at Ferman Chevy for 11 days and in service for 6 days. Over those 6 days, Service was able to accomplish an oil change. No communication. No sense of urgency. car unwashed. Service didn’t charge me for the body work. So, I had to go over to the body shop to pay the other bill.
