Poor customer serve by our advisor. No communicative effort on the part of our advisor. I had to ask basic questions as to what they found wrong with my vehicle. They didn’t seem to care if I gave them my business, so I will go to another dealership next time. No matter how far I need to travel.

Issue not resolved- I found a workaround myself I brought the car in because I tried to fill the tank at two different gas stations and on both occasions the pump would constantly stop as if the tank was full; even though I had just started pumping and the tank was nowhere near full. They said they tested and found nothing wrong, but they tested it with the gas pump that is at the dealership. So it wasn’t a field test where you get accurate results. Horrible service It took 6 hours for an oil change, while they told me they would clean my car and fix other issues. Needless to say nothing was fixed and my car wasn’t cleaned at all.

Poor management I called to make an appointment to get my tire looked at. When I arrived I was told they could not get me done in the timeframe they told me they could do it in on the phone when I made the appointment. They sent me away to come back the next day for a new appointment. The problem is, it is an offsite location booking their appointments. They need to have a better way to communicate with each other! Valentines Evening Ruined Went in to have my sunroof fixed because it was stuck open. Took about 45 min to complete. Checked out 78.00 total. Got in the car.. Bammmmm, sprayed black greasy lubricant all over my tan leather interior. Sent to detail, 40 min later, done. Got back in car BAMMMM still there. Its late husband and I had to cancel valentines reservations, cancel some other arrangements we had to meet friends. Sent it back to detail, 20 min later finished. Worst Chevy dealer I’ve experienced Dropped off my 2018 Express Van for a out tail light, they had the vehicle 3 days and when I took delivery the tail light still was not working, had to bring it back for another 3 days, 6 days without my brand new vehicle and they had the audacity to try and blame it on the shelves that were factory installed. Terrible technicians and horrible customer service

Tech need training colorado went in for 36000 check up, service couldnt get it started afterwards; was loaned a veh, but I wanted my truck, finally took truck home, next day check engine light came on, bad very bad. Truck back to service, seems OK now, not my problem yours

Mileage CAR LEFT OUR HOME WITH 31 miles ON THE ODOMETER CAR (FLATBED) CAR HAD 51 MILES WHEN PICKED UP ?? SERVICE INVOICE STATED IN 39 MILES OUT 49 MILES APPEARED TO BE RATHER EXTENSIVE TEST DRIVE !
