Waste of time I booked a service appointment for 3:30pm. I pulled up and my name was on the screen- they were expecting me. Guest relations Tom Meinhold refused to even look at my car. "I know you have an appointment but the service teams leaves in 90 minutes so there's nothing we can do for you." ... WOW! I drove my same car away. Garbage Left hand prints on hood 4 grease clumps down the driver side of my brand new truck hand prints on all 4 fenders complete slop more hand prints on the wheels absolutely terrible I don't even want to go back for my second FREE oil change

Unhappy Car was filthy when returned. Window writing was still in glass. Told 2 weeks for completion but only 2 days so I lost $35 in gas. Had to have receipt for return of funds and wouldn’t accept bank statement. Yet again, disappointed!

Trim replacement I dropped my car off 9 Am Tuesday. At 4:55 pm Wednesday the subcontractor finally showed up to do the work. Yes I had a loaner car. No, I didn’t like it. This contractor needs to hire help to get work done in a timely manner. This was disgusting, and the second time I had my car in for the same issue.

Unprofessional Robert was my service advisor. I had some questions about the service I needed to be completed, along with checking to see if the coupons that were mailed to me by the dealership were applicable, and the use of their courtesy van service to and from work. Ferman not up to the task I dropped off my 2012 Avalanche for some strange electrical issues. I provided a detailed written summary of al of the issues and symptoms I have been encountering over the past few weeks. The service department kept my vehicle for a day. I receive a call late in the afternoon from the service manager and he stated there were so many history codes that they were not sure what the issue was and it would be very expensive to diagnose because the problem could be anything. Service has not been good Took Vette in for repair to fix Remote Entry controllers, Both of the two stopped working almost the same day. After 1 1/2-hour wait, where an appointment was made beforehand, I was told one of the Remotes was bad but the other one worked just fine. After dinner that night, went to open the door using the supposedly working Remote and it didn't operate.
