Absolutely terrible service Dropped my vehicle off Friday last week because I had a out tail light, mind you this is a 2019 vehicle, picked the vehicle up Monday and when I got home I found that the tail light still did not work, so they had my vehicle 3 days and lied to me saying they fixed it, had to bring it back for another 3 days of work for a TAIL LIGHT

A/C blower issues Brought in 1:16 hearing noise near a/c fan. Tech unable to reproduce noise. Service offered program update to see if help. $280 no help. Noise got worse Blower quit. Spent another $700 Still need A\c control panel another $400. Feel I shouldn’t have paid for update.

Jut a couple of batteries!!! The batteries on our truck died from old age but the truck was parked in our driveway. For 13 years 100% of our service on this truck has been done by Ferman Chevrolet. Before we called AAA to get the truck started, we called the Ferman service Dept. to confirm they had the batteries we needed and we were told to bring the truck in. Once confirmed, we called AAA and had them come start the truck. Both my husband and I came for the service appt since the only requirement was to install 2 batteries... read more

We never heard back from service telling us the had to get a We never heard back after 10:00 am spot until closing are part relay had to be picked up. Never called us until right prior to close then next day cost was an unfair price

Onstar lwft my car overnight with keys in the cat New car towed over a tire issue. Tire flat when I leased the car. They "fixed" it and said it was good. Two days later same tire flat. Service center had no concern that it was a two day old car. They could have easily come over five miles to collect the car (a flat tire), fix it at service and return it. Expensive Well for anyone that is looking for a headlight assembly for 2012 Chevy Camaro, dont go and get it from the dealership because one assembly is $1,200. All because a factory assembly got water in it after a day of rain. This review may be little bias and specific. I do come here for some parts but sometimes, a part for my car is completely expensive as xxxx when I can find the same factory part online for cheaper. Felt very uncomfortable Unfortunately I was met upon arrival in the parking lot by who I believe is Keith (Salesmen not sales manager). I had seen an advertisement online for a nice pickup truck I wanted to look at. It was in in the wash rack so he took me back to look at. VERY Frustrating Went in for an oil change and an intermittent AC smell. We were told one hour; three hours later and now the smell is worse and constant since they sprayed something in the system. I'm now driving with the windows down hoping that it will get better, it's not after two days. Now I'm facing more hours to take it back.
