Long wait I had an appointment for an oil change and I still had to wait an hour and a half for it to be competed. Way to long

Typical bs dealer! I had a battery or volt Reg hoing bad.. i came to get help. I waited 1.5 hours to tell me it was a bad 2yr old battery. 2 yr old battery to the day. Of when i bought the truck. $30. To install And it would be $217. While i waited, because the service guys were in a meeting!? I called advance auto and $167. Installed with a 3 yr warranty. This visit was not the normal. I was getting an oil change and waiting. I normally love doing this and enjoy sitting in the waiting area the chairs are comfortable and its pretty peaceful. This time was an exception to that. The sales crew where all hanging in the customer waiting area being very loud, I actually went outside to wait. I would not say I wont be back for this reason so that is why I said it was just a good visit.

The bil was just not right! The work done was very satisfactory. The bill for services was way too high. All I had done was an oil change with regular oil and filter, the a/c drain was cleared and a headlight and marker light was replaced. That is not a three hundred dollar service!

Garbag I bought 2 camaros from them and I'm supposed to be a preferred customer well that was proven wrong when the ebrake failed on one of my camaros and rolled back and damaged the back.broken tail light. I feel they should replace the light at no charge to me because it was damaged because of a warranty issue that they fail to claim they fixed while my car was in service. I think all of the good reviews were written by their own em First the dealership had a very rude and condescending sales manager. They couldn't work the deal and I left disappointed. I went to another dealer and they worked the deal I was looking for. The new dealer just had to locate a vehicle fro me because it was not in their inventory. This Dearlership SUCKS! I purchased a 2014 Chevy Travrse in Feb 2017! I was told upon receiving the car it would be touched up and detailed! NOT, there was food in the back seat and scratches on the car! One week later I had to bring the car back to be serviced "Service Reps were rude", then 2 months later my battery died! Made a 10am appt. for an oil change it's been 3 1/2 hrs. It's not the first time this has happened! Making an appointment is useless. I called at 12:30 and they hung up on me. I called back and was told it would be ready at 1:15. It's now 1:30. I had to cancel an appointment with my customer because they are disorganized or not respecting appointments.
