Issue not resolved This was the second Ferman service center I have had my vehicle at and they were not able to resolve my the same issue with my car.

Poor experience with Ferman My last experience was terrible. Went in for a oil change and a car wash and end up coming home with scratches on the roof of my car and the hood went back to Chevrolet and they said it wasn’t their fault but they re-washed my car and supposedly waxed it and buffed out some scratches. I do not see the difference when I went there the first time to complain about this. I am very upset about the scratches on my car and feel that you are responsible for correcting this issue.

Stood around to get service even with an appointment. Had 11am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. We arrived at 10:40. Saw Bob at 11:40 walk by ,asked and he said car was not ready. He stated it was busy. Time wore on as we sat in waiting area. At 1245 we took a walk out to see what was going on. Noticed our car sitting outside. No Bob around. long and overlooked arrived 15 min early for oil change and rotation that being 1:00. Had to wait till2:40 to get car,excessive time for oil and rotation with appointment .Then' when I got home no diver side brake light working ,went to auto store and bought new one and I replaced it.Your 27 point saferty check failed and not due to lack of time. Not a good visit at all

Terrible service once you tell the service center to not fix your vehicle. Hugely inflated labor charges of $130 per hour. Only offered me $500 for trade in for a $10,000 truck. The tires alone were worth $200. I have since had a private mechanic look at my truck and has informed me only a small portion of the work quotes needed doing.

Lack of customer service I have purchased several cars from this dealership. The customer service was always top notch. Not sure what happened. The girl who answers the phone was sarcastic and not very friendly. I called for an update about my car and was told they had no record of my car and he would have Tom call me back in 10 minutes. Those minutes came and went no return call. Nine days for a key to be made. Had an antitheft malfunction. It took nine days for me to end up getting a new key made. Several calls went unreturned. Worst part is I googled the problem before bringing the car in. Google said probably need a new key. This is the first thing I said to the man, but it took nind days for them to come to the same conclusion. Extremely disappointing. Loss of work. Just completely let me down.

Car updates I paid 139 when they could have told me they couldn't do what I was asking for did not need to hook cache to anything just needed to look on computer and they could have just told me

Check engine light Dealership did a poor job diagnosed engine light was in 3 times problem never got fixed. Dealership could have accepted my offer asking for a full refund and getting into another vehicle . All the people I spoke with were accommodating but in the end the problem didn't get fixed. The salesman was told I would be looking into a newer used truck so you lost that sale and most likely anything in the future.
