Work not complete I dropped my van off due to the ac not working correctly and the van was having issues with shifting. I was told that the transmission was fine but it was the fuel gauge sensor and it was replaced. I was told that my AC was working fine and they could not find any issues. My van still has issues shifting when accelerating and is not fixed. My AC still blows hot air after about 2 mins of sitting idle. Not very impressed My tpms sensor went off the very next after my service. Also never notified me of an engine oil leak at the top of the engine.

Over 2 hour wait When you have an appointment for an oil change it should not be over 2 hours for this to be completed. This location is close to our new home in Florida but will have to find somewhere else for routine maintenance.

No warranty I bought this car new on a 4-year lease to find out that it's not covered under warranty for the last year of the lease. I was never told that I was never notified that my warranty was running out. No way to treat a customer. I will never buy another Chevy letterhead Miami car service by the Chevy dealership. And I will not recommend anyone to buy a Chevrolet

Good s as le man bad truck I had a great salesman and finance guy but I got a brand new 2019 silverado that I have transmission problems with right away not a good way to start off with a new truck now wish I did not purchase it and put chevy a bad taste in my mouth.

Poor advisor. I’m use to service advisors meeting clients when they pull up service. Not this dealership. Instead you to their station, wait them stop texting on their personal device. Further I told the advisor I didn’t want the tires rotated. Thankfully I was watching the mechanic work on my truck and stopped him from rotating tires. He said the work order told him to do it. When I spoke to the advisor about this his answer was short and he forgot. I need a dealership I can trust and be treated with courtesy!

oil changed but not much "service" my assigned service rep never showed her face - no one checked in with me at any time while waiting - vehicle not washed - unsure who person was who told me to check out - the coupon I provided at check in was not applied at check out - it was stapled to my paperwork but no one bothered to apply it until I caught it. I thought they washed all vehicles following service - mine was not washed.
