This my second time doing the same incident rating Ferman Chevrolet. I had a not so pleasant experience with my first oil change. They returned my brand new 2021 Silverado with the techs oily hand print at the front of the hood. Unbelievable. Not even a car wash after the service.

Dealer did not have a loaner and was told it would take several days for the vehicle to get fixed. Did not offer a solution

First oil change which is complimentary, so I guess since the vehicle only had 2500 mi, I didn’t ever get a courtesy car wash. My front of my hood had greasy finger prints . Really how inconsiderate. Huge let down on a brand new truck.

Wasn’t really happy with the purchase asked to look at other options. Told I would lose 10k off of my recent purchase. One week later. Very unfair experience and not willing to help at all.

If I could leave a negative number I would. The staff is awful. Rude and discriminatory. Robert Marchido was the worst of all. Even entered my vehicle without a mask on!! Furthermore, to expect $2000 JUST TO DIAGNOSE MY VEHICLE IS ASININE. I believe they were intentionally trying to get ride of me just because I was seeking cost assistance from GM because my car had an engine issue. If I were a man I KNOW I would have been treated differently as I saw how men were treated and it was with nothing but courtesy which is NOT WHA... read more

First I received a e-mail that my battery needed to be checked,I didn't think anything was wrong with it,. then I got an e-mail that there was a drag in my engine & transmission.I went to your dealership & was told it was my battery.I didn't like the treatment of being tricked.If I didn't respond,would I have gotten more e-mails???

I had a very poor experience dealing with the body shop there. I called many times over two weeks to ask about my truck and was never able to speak with the individual that was dealing with my truck and he never called me back after leaving multiple messages. Than after taking there estimate to another shop I found out that the Ferman estimate was done wrong.

The key remote they made does not work all the time. And what ever they did has caused my original key remote to not work all the time. The service writer told me I had to bring my truck and remote back when it was not working??

Price for service was way too high. $1000.00 for 3 seals and i took ALL day, I am recovering from a stroke and this did't help. I have been a customer of yours for about 10 years but will go somewhere else now
