Tried fudging numbers when discussing price. Didn’t even fill up truck I purchased with fuel, left with less than 1/4 tank. Needed more detail work, they picked my truck up at my work, detailed it and still didn’t fill up. Retired my truck with less that 50 miles till empty.

My appointment was for February 8th at 8 in the morning I called on my lunch break to see how things were going they said they couldn't get to it and they need the car for several days they were backed up someone was sick I told them I cannot be without my car for that amount of time and it had a water leak they told me they would keep it under the awning the service awning when I got there to pick up my car it was pouring down rain and my car was sitting in the rain consequently I now have a soaking wet carpet again my husb... read more

Worst dealership in Pinellas county. Took them 3 months to not fix my Chevy. Tom M. Bill M.Shannon T. I sure hope they don’t claim to help Veterans! And to think I thought about buying a vehicle there!!!!

We took our car to the dealer because we wanted to rely on their expertise to accurately diagnose and fix something going on with our starting system. They diagnosed a battery replacement which cost me ~$300. They replaced it, but created another problem - the passenger air conditioning would only blow at 90 degrees.
