The Service Managers are always hard to work with and aloof. When calling for updates they are not knowledgeable. The location is great but the people who work here just aren’t nice.

I shopped online at several dealers and found the vehicle I wanted at Ferman Chevrolet. I had a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Double Cab that I wanted to trade for a 2017 Suburban, My truck was serviced and detailed. It was ready to sell on the lot immediately. Total lack of customer service, never returned calls, still waiting on parts. While Lisa is helpful she is surrounded by chaos. Wanted some minor touch up work done while my car was in your shop for a minor collision, window tinting, dings fixed, stripes updated, never happened. Went in for separate appraisal and everything, what a waste of time. Isn't this what your people are paid for? Very disappointed . Not sure why a 2019 battery would not carry a 3 yr warranty. Had one replaced in 2017 & 2019. A battery is a battery. All were GM batteries!

Took my truck in for repairs through insurance. Had to take it back 3 times and still not fixed. No communication and no truck for over a month. Got transferred from collision to service and back again. No accountability no responsibility no communication and after all of that- no progress. Would not recommend

They didn’t rotate tires. Didn’t have tool. BUT, never came to waiting lounge to ask me for it. Dah!!

3rd visit this time to get oil change after 1hr of waiting they brought my truck with oil drops all over driver side door an on windshield. The girl had to take truck to get cleaned . Had to wait again for 30 min. Your service department is way below average.

Unless the car throws a code the mechanics can not tell me what's wrong with my car, no real mechanics left. I told the advisor what was going on with my car exactly and said it has plenty of gas to drive the car to feel what it was doing. My car was never driven, they said it stalled out when they backed it out of the bay but they couldn't find the problem with it. I was told I have a ghost problem.
