Expensive Charged me $92.39 to tell me Corvette needed an Instrument Cluster and to replace it would cost approximately $1,200. Only problem with car was Turn Signal audible alarm failed to go off if left ON too long.

My experience at the service center was a complete failure. It seemed that I was an inconvenience to anyone who approached me. Based on my service center experience, I am very reluctant to do future buissiness

This dealership was horrible and must have sensed that I was in quick need of a vehicle. I was not informed of the vehicle I was purchasing. I was rushed through financing and also did not receive the Carfax that I was promised. A lot of charges were added to the purchase price and according to the finance guy they had to add these charges to secure financing. In closing I probably should have gotten up and left before I signed anything.

I purchased my vehicle over the internet/phone. Basically I was put on the back burner. Once I was finally able to get a quote the vehicle was the the price the dealership was advertising. After going back and forth for several day they finally sold it to me for “around” the advertised price. Long story short it took about 3 weeks to arrange a deal and receive the vehicle. 2nd time in for the same obvious issue and they were unable to fix the issue. No code in the computer equals not able to diagnose.

Very disappointed. Took 8 weeks to return a car that was miss-diagnosed adding un- nessasary repairs costs. Only Matt from Volvo communicated. Repair corrected by another dealer that had some choice comments about Ferman. If I decide to return it will be because of Matt.

Took car in for service and advised of a specific condition to be checked. I was called to say car was ready, asked what they found, they said nothing. Asked to gave the car test driven to produce condition and please call me back. No call back, went to pick up car, no discussion or info on test drive results.
