Bought a brand new truck and they were unable to get the navigation to work. Very disappointed, drove 4 hrs to pick up Truck and had to stay 2 hrs longer and still Didn’t get the problem solved. But I don’t think this was the dealerships fault.

Very upset. Took our vehicle to get a seal on back window- 5 hrs later. No communication. I asked and they said just a little bit more. What ??

VERY unhappy and disappointed. 2+ hours for an oil change and engine air & cabin filter. Tech tried for 15 minutes to change cabin filter before asking another tech for help. When tech returned vehicle and paperwork, he dropped the key fob. Now it’s loose. To add insult to injury, I was charged over $150.00! This was my last visit to Ferman for service. I’m sure you won’t post this review. What I do ask, is please remove me from your mail and email list. John Nuss

Hi I am leasing a 2019 at equinox and I think I’m paying Hi I am leasing a 2019 at equinox and I think I’m paying way too much for the monthly lease I am paying $500 a month and I gave them $8000 down at the time of the lease. I’ve talk to other Chevrolet dealers like the one on Highway 19 Demott Chevrolet, Mauer Chevrolet both said I got took and I am paying way too much on the monthly lease. But I was stupid enough to sign the xxxx thing and I will live by it but I certainly don’t give you people a good recommendation

Oil change. Routine. Had to ask the representative how long. He didn’t offer that. One hour. have a seat in the waiting room. No other details. 75 minutes later still waiting. Alone. All the other people waiting had been served. Asked the guy. Well...maybe 60-90 minutes. All the other people are gone I said. Well...they must have been ahead of you. SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT HAVE PROBLEMS READING SMALL PRINT. TOM MY SERVICE TECH IS A ONE HE ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF MY 2016 CHEVY CRUZ. ITS TOO BAD THAT THE CHEVY CRUZ HAS DECIDED NOT TO MAKE ANY MORE AS I WOULD OF BOUGHT A NEW ONE THIS YEAR. AS TO WHAT I HEAR ABOUT CHEVY MAKING THE CRUZ IN ELECTRIC I WILL NOT BE BUYING AN ELECTRIC CAR, PERIOD. I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND I ENJOY MY CHEVY CRUZ.
