Had a terrible experience with one of the service reps. Tried to explain a situation with my car and he just walked away trying to go back inside. Said “are we done here?” And very rudely went back inside. Super unhappy with his attitude and unnecessary comments.

Was charged $1009.68 drove to the corner returned charge another $1,351.90 not good. Was charge twice for the same repair over $2,000.00 with no quote. If this happened to you how would you feel.

Sorry excuse for a dealer shop. I took the truck there a couple of years ago for fuel filter change and it wouldn’t crank the next day. I called them and they said for me to have it towed in and they’d look at it. They wanted me to pay to have it towed to them. I fixed it myself when I found they’d left the bleeder valve open. A typical shade-tree mechanic mistake. Worst deal I ever got on a left over vehicle .No discount on last year’s model. Bait and switch on trade in. Unnecessary fees of $2600. Didn’t even put the front license plate on, then made me pay for the bracket and on and on

My 2019 Chevrolet Silverado has serious transmission issues as I described to the service tech Tom. At the end of my visit to the service department Rob told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission. On the receipt it states the tech scanned, no codes, no updated, operating to design at this time. I have owned many vehicles in my lifetime and NEVER have I had a vehicle shift and refuse to downshift like this truck. Took my truck in for a noise in the drive train. 3 months later worse than ever and they scratched my paint on the side of the truck. The service advisor Tom, told me that he would schedule the body shop to fix it, have not heard from them for a month. This is the typical mode for them. The service advisors have no clue as to what the shop is doing. I called Chevy warranty and explained everything. They told me AutoNation Clearwater is way better. Dimmet Chevy is also better. My appointment for a recall was made and confirmed with both a text and email. I dropped my truck off. I received a call about 30 minutes after I left saying they had used my kit on another car and I had to reschedule. How does this happen? I rescheduled the repairs and they said the new kit would be attached to my work order and not used on someone else’s vehicle- the way it should have happened the first time. Had my truck scheduled for warranty covered work. Very rude service department. Kept my truck from Tuesday- Friday with something g that probably took 15 minutes to fix. Warranty work and they wanted to make their money. Worst service department ever!

Arrangements were made for my truck and it was dropped off at 7:30am told I’d be back around 1pm I showed up at 1:30pm and my truck was never even touched it was still sitting waiting to be fixed
