This was the worst experience. They did nothing to fix the problem, even after having my vehicle for over a week. The solution to the problem is even posted on YouTube and still they did nothing.

I had to find my own part at another dealership, take it to Ferman , then return the core to United Chevy in Brooksville. They made no attempt to locate the EGR Valve. They left the engine cover laying in the backseat of my Volt. I had to return to Ferman Chevrolet to have the technician put it back on. They said he never left it off and I must have done it myself. Really???

I was not satisfied at all with Ferman Chevy! I called a week ahead to setup an appointment with service and told them what the problem was so that they could be prepared. Took it in on the scheduled appointment at 8:15 in the morning on Tuesday. They said that they would call. I waited till that afternoon and called them. They said they had not looked at it yet.
