My appointment for oil change was 1:30 PM I end up asking what's going 4:20 what's going on why I'm still waiting after all those hours?

Bought a used car he told everything was checked over only to find the windshield wipers ripped & never replaced. & the coolant cap Was stuck & locked so therefore the lubricants were not changed

I bought a used car. But the windshield wipers were broken & the cap on the antifreeze needs to be replaced told me everything was replaced. I'm not happy sorry I gave him the business

Bought a used Kia , salesman said they went over it inside & out, when I got home noticed the windshield wipers were old & ripped & old , had my friend look it over the capped to the antifreeze was locked shut & broken we could not open it , which means the fluid was never check. I’m a senior woman , & very disappointed that he lied to me, I live in a senior community & I’ll be sure to let everyone know not to buy from ur dealership!!!!

Tony was a very unprofessional service advisor. I had my truck in the shop waiting on parts for a month. Tony never called to give me any updates, I would have to constantly call him. Tony gave me price and when I came to pick up my truck it was $800 more with no explanation or call . Before this I called Tony 3 times trying to make a payment and pick up my vehicle on a Sunday when service was closed, he never returned my phone calls. Dropped off my car with around 2,500 miles for a bad battery, they kept my car for over 2 days and then tell me they also have to replace the radio. Didn't offer to set the new radio, didn't bother to clean the car and returned it filthy. I haven't figured out where and to whom I would give a very poor review. After spending $100,000 I'm very disappointed!

Customer service team needs to work on better communication with there customers. The customer should not have to call to find out if the vehicle being serviced is completed.

Dropped the car at 9:15 and wasn't looked at till 4pm I had an appointment at 9:15 am and the car wasn't looked at till 4 pm
