Brought my Korean after an accident. After a month, they said they were still waiting on one part, the hood. Said it wouldn’t be in for another two weeks. When two weeks was up they said there was a problem shipping and it would be another two weeks before the hood came in. When the hood finally came in, then they started working on the car. Bought new FOB to program. Original was deprogramed. Returned to program original, you broke case. No compensTion $ 347.72 only one fob functioning. Never going to do business with Fermam again.

Worst dealership in history. Do not I mean DO NOT use the service sept. I brought my car in for whistle noise and after two weeks my car makes louder noises and they destroyed my cup holder and navigation screen !!! Please listen to me the service and manage t are terrible!!! Brought car in for simple fix and ended up more problems due to there lack of knowledge and customer care than I left it!!! General mgmt and staff under all scam artist out to take advantage to customers !!

Sad that you pay $45,000 for a truck and only comes with one key. And you want $300 for another which probably cost you $50. The last truck I bought was a Nissan from Maus and they wanted the same amount for an extra key which I bought online for $7 and they wanted $125 to program which utube showed me how to do in less than 45 seconds for FREE. Sometimes dealership are penny wise and pound foolish.
