This is the second time we've used this dealer and another light was on within 24 hours. They had my car for 2 weeks and when I called to fix the new break were not able to get me in for another 2 weeks!! Nothing but headaches.

Bought a 2016 Mazda in November Missing a key fob- they got me a new one When I was at the Mazda dealership they did a free video inspection They found multiple mechanical safety problems These should have been fixed prior to selling this vehicle It cost me an additional $1600 to rectify and make this safe and drivable I would not recommend this dealership They sold me an unsafe vehicle I have the video if you want to see it I believe I should be compensated for this additional cost at the Mazda dealership

Had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change. Arrived at 10:15. Service manager Dave was very nice. Told me oil change would be an hour. I left there at 12:45. No way an oil change should take 2 hours plus. I’ve done oil changes myself and they take about 1/2 hour tops. Why have an appointment if it’s going to be 2 and 1/2 hours? Very disappointing

Made me feel like 2nd class citizen or Deceptive sales pitch and xxxx on trades. Your sales agent Stanley however was very nice, professional and I would have bought a car but was upset not once but twice by used car sales manager conduct and management of sales.

We have had a very difficult time with communication. No one calls us back. We viewed a car that we could not come to terms for the price. When the dealership lowered the price no one called us to let us know. We felt as though we were begging them to let us buy a car. After signing all of the paperwork we found out there is only one key. Watchout for that. The additional fob is over 400.00 dollars. My sale person Stan Pieri has been wonderful throught my sale of my blazer but feel your 126 inspection process is terrible my vehicle was dirty and had to bring it back 3 times for alignment when it was checked off on the inspection as complete So have not been pleased about my experience
