I don’t feel they did what they said needed to be done and now my oil pressure gauge doesn’t work anymore and I don’t know if they actually changed the oil due to I had to reset my own oil life gauge and the same sticker from the last one was still on the windshield

Thanks for honoring GM Employee Discount! Had a wonderful experience with my Salesman! But the Financing/Bill of Sale portion could use some improvement (deceptive practices like asking for $150 for Charity and lying about it Not adding my cost, in which days later I realized it was added to my financed amount, meaning after 60 months of payments, that $150 ends up a lot more). I brought my corvette in for service on 10/14 to fix an ignition switch issue. I was told it would be a 4 day job due to the need to order the part. After 4 days I called multiple times to check on the status of the repair and did not get a return call for several more days and it was then that I was told that they locked the keys in the car and when they tried to jimmy it open they broke the driver side window. Niel was rude and disrespectful talks down to customers. His boss done nothing but say that he didn't want my business. After talking to other people they felt the same way about being talked down to. This sucks because this dealership is closer to my home. However I will not be talked down at and disrespected

Lack of communication Service advisor should of told me that they only had one transmission technician vehicle set for 6 Business days before getting looked at

Terrible service. Didn't notice perform recalls or other service items supposed to be done and visit. Wasn't given a answer on turn signal issue on a 2024 2500 truck. Never received promised follow up call. Save your time and go to a different dealership.

Truck was towering on Friday we called ahead I went up on Saturday morning and spoke with neil he said they would get to it Monday or Tuesday we called on Wednesday and he said he had the keys but did not know anything about the truck....they would get to it he said we called on Thursday and spoke with Steve who checked on it and he told us it was ready....very unhappy with all but Steve who finally helped us
