They are costly and very slow on performance. I'm disappointed. They took an hour and a half to do a simple oil change and tire rotation and wanted to charge me over $100 which I had to fight for getting it back down to $91 plus change. Not good!

called probably 5 times with no answer or reply to my voicemails. don’t come here. and they’re xxxxxxxx anyways. if you’re going with a chevy, make sure it’s a truck because god forbid something goes wrong with your sedan.

Poor customer relations, waited on call from manager and no call ever came. Had service on truck and it was damaged by service tech. Brought vehicle in to be repaired and they didn't repair the vehicle.

Can’t get in for apt for weeks and customer service needs help Tony should be fired Matthew is only one that help me and when your car breaks down and u have bumper bumper warranty u should be able to take your car in instead I took my car to Cadillac dealership and got excellent customer service. I will never go back to Chevy dealership.

Very disappointed with the service. When I called to make appointment for service & engine light check, I asked if they were able to check the car & fix problem the same day and said yes. So I made appointment. When I got there spoke to the advisor, who just took my info & said will call when ready. After 4 hours with no call I called the advisor and he said that I was scheduled to leave the car for 3-4 days so they can check the problem & fix, which was not what it was said to me when made appointment nor by advisor when le... read more

Sold me a car with smoke smell, disguised it well but after it sat in the sun for a day, it smells terrible, 3 weeks of cleaning so far, I asked if it was a smoker car and they said no, we wouldn’t sell it if it was, leliars
