The overall experience was horrible. The car should never have been given to me with 18% charge. No one in the dealership understood the Tesla app and the paperwork that I needed to register with Tesla. That paperwork is required for transfer of the car to me through the tesla app. The car was dirty. No one told me the lot is being blocked off and locked up. My wife’s jeep was locked in the lot, and she needed the car early the next morning. I had to come back to the lot and drive over a curb to get her jeep out. You can see... read more

Terrible dealership never had so many problems with one location. Back five times to get one tire fixed. Had a warranty and they wouldn’t replace anything

Service center is poor quality, the staff was very unhelpful. I wouldnt get my service dont there again.

Warranty repair cost me money. Service manager was argumentative and unwilling to help complete the service to my satisfaction.

Our vehicle was sent to you for repair from German Chrysler jeep, and was not done correctly. We had to take it to Jerry Ulm body shop to get it fixed correctly. We will never take it back to Ferman again for anything. Too bad you had to get involved.

In my opinion this dealership management should be fired for the way they do business. I was quoted a price for my trade-in $12,500 and when they wrote up the paperwork due to my fault in not checking it they only gave me $11,500. When I asked for running boards or floor mats they said the deal was already made and I’d have to do it at my own expense. I would never recommend your dealership. However your salesman was excellent. I’ve never purchased a car where I was not offered incentives and I payed full price.

Our car was there for 1 month and still no part. Part paid for. Still not in. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had appt for 200pm Monday. At 530p I got the call that truck did not make it in to shop. Can I leave it overnight. I get a call on Tue 130 pm. I’m told my rotors have to be turned and brakes shaved down. $386. Dollars. I go p/u my truck. Oh sorry, it will require new rotors. We don’t have them in stock. Oh great!! We can get them in 3 days. You can come back. NO THANK YOU. Two days wasted
