I went to fix a couple of things, and when I left the shop there were 2 other issues that was good before I got to Chevy, after I left they were Broke. Or messed up overnight

I’m very disappointed overall with my experience with this service department. I have had my 2015 Silverado serviced there several times from oil changes to fairly major repairs and they have not performed to a good standard. They also did not perform repairs requested at the day and time of my appointment. There have been issues with work not done correctly or completely and I continue to have problems with the specific areas where work was performed. Went for an oil change and was there for 2 hours and I checked to see when my car would be done I was told it was done. The Advisor that was in charge of my car had left for a doctors appointment

This is the second time I've been there and asked for the car wash to be included with the older change, both times I asked if it was on the work order and they said yes, both times not done.

Had an 11:30am appointment came in around 5 car still wasn't done Unfriendly, rude and unprofessional staff at check in/out

Waited 2 weeks for appointment, truck sat for an hour before being looked at. Only needed headlight which they knew and had all the information about the truck before hand. Had to come back next day, truck sat done about 30 minutes before telling us it was done. My time and convenience is just as important as yours.

I bought my truck from this dealership back in 2016 and have always taken it for service there. I have never had a problem up until now. At this visit I was constantly lied to, terrible communication, and they still haven't done everything I requested. My truck was in their possession for a total of 36 hours for an oil change and 3 tire change with alignment. I called them on January 15, 2023 to ask if my 2021 Chevy Colorado was still under warranty because I was having a problem with the pump that squirts water onto the windshield. It stopped working I still had 500 miles to go before I hit 30,000 miles but wasn’t sure about a year I was told at that time it had expired on Sunday the day before the 14th so I wasn’t covered. I was advised to try to blow air through it, which I tried, By disconnecting the hose by the dash but it didn’t work

My AC in the truck was just but in all new when I drive there my AC work beautiful I pick up my truck in my AC blow hot I had words with the guy at the sever desk than I drove to the shop that did the work it was missing Freon they put in a blue die in freon back in in it working great I couldn't believe that
