This place did one of the worst jobs on my truck and I had to go back 2 or 3 times to finish it and it still wasn’t done correctly.

The Service Guest Relations Manager was a poor communicator. Would not answer voicemail. Kept car for two days to change transmission fluid.

It took a week to get on their calendar. When I showed up on 1/28 I was told it would be looked at by Wednesday and determined if it would be covered by my expiring warranty or not but finished by Friday. Left a message on Wed at the end of business that was not returned. Called Friday afternoon with no response. At 4pm I stopped for an update and was treated rather salty. It took four hours for a oil change and tire roration and two tire sensors replaced!!!! Totally absurd

Brought my truck in for an 830 appointment. Three hours later, I was still there waiting for my truck. The service manager was a nice guy, and he was not to blame, but it would seem that these guys need to hire some more mechanics.

Convenient location. No customer pick up a drop off available. Had to sit there two hours for an oil change.

Great inventory with large variable choices to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff but found them a bitter pushy and unwavering when a medical emergency arose and I was hospitalized with a stroke and 5 seizures @ TGH IN TAMPA. ( Do they not realize that hight end cars that are being g paid for in CASH are a dime a dozen????)) Especially in Pinellis, Tampa Bay, Miami, and All of South Florida. It is a real turn off .

I had a 9:45 appointment. To have new tires put on and to have The tire is balanced and have a Alignment done. at 4:30 I called to see if my car was done and it went to voicemail so again I called it 5:30 and again it went to voicemail so I drove there to see if my car was done. The new tires were on, but the alignment was not done and the guy that does the alignments had gone home I was very upset because I needed the car the next day, but I had to leave it because it wasn’t done and they said it’d be done the very first th... read more
