Don’t go here Parts are aftermarket and don’t fit and zip tied Brakes work fine before collision They tell me it’s Deterioration because my trucks from up north Had my truck since the beginning of January just got the truck two weeks ago and Had to have them do an alignment even though they said they did one. Didn’t test drive it

Salesman was great but that's about it. I have bought a car from Furman Chevrolet before. I told them I could afford 350 a month, and the salesman asked about my credit score and said it shouldn't be a problem. The salesman was fantastic I had a very limited time frame to purchase a vehicle due to my current vehicle being totaled and I only had a few days of a rental car. I told this to my salesman and with in a few hours he emailed me 3 trucks. I picked one out and at 7 at night he drove it to my house so I could look at it... read more

I got ripped off I bring my car in because the check engine light was coming on. I get a phone call the next day and Tony tells me that there are a few things wrong with it. He says that the opti spark and the wires need to be replaced first and then they can see if the oxygen sensor needs to be replaced. I stopped by to see what was going on. Tony says let’s go over and find out. The technician was out test driving the car. He comes back and gets out of the car and says the check engine light was still on and he wasn’t goin... read more

Corvette Just look at service record on the vette. It’s long and sad that Chevy can’t fix reaccuring problems And have them last any length of time

Worse experience ever! Had my car for two weeks. Only simple manufacture defects needed addressed. Good luck trying to get a call back from your service rep. Had to call and ask for a manager every time then the guy would get on the phone. They didn’t even fix all the issues.

1st contact was horrible, manager with bald head was jerk My 1st contact with internet salesman and bald headed sales/finance manager was horrible Had to walk out. Had preapproval letter and he didn't even look at it

Repeated Oil pan leaks Leaking upper oil pan.. brought in for service and waited for hours. When i checked on progress i was told part was out and wouldnt be ready till the next day. Was not offered a loaner car until end of business when I couldn't return to get the vehicle. Got vehicle back and oil was still leaking all over my driveway. Apparently they replaced the lower oil pan but not the upper that was actually a problem. Despite the inconvenience they did not top off my oil. Check engine light and oil change I had a check engine light and Was told I need a new catalytic converter ($1500) and an exhaust component ($300). I got a second opinion from an independent mechanic and he said if I fix the exhaust compent, that is what causes the CC light. He fixed it for $125 and solved the issue. I lost a Lot of trust in Ferman and probably won’t do business with them any more or buy my next car there. I bought my 2012 Equinox from them and expected better.

Worst Experience of My Life Buying my chevy truck here was the worst experience of my life. The entire staff is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and incapable of taking care of a customer. Bought a truck that didn't have the bedliner installed properly. Had to come back to have it finished. I had to sit for three hours until I finally asked to speak to a manager.
