I brought my truck in Friday to get a tire rotation and have a few electrical items looked at that would have been under warranty. When I dropped it off I was told to check the tracker and that someone would be in touch with me. The tracker would not update, and when I texted the number I didn't receive a response. I then called and was told that I wouldn't be able to get my truck back for a few days which was not communicated to me originally so I asked just to rotate the tires. We scheduled an appointment for a regular service: oil change, filter, tire rotation, and checking fluids. The appointment was at 2:45; they took my truck at 2:26, and it’s now 5:30 and I still don’t have an answer. The person who assisted me didn’t even have the courtesy to call me, even though when I arrived I told them I would be waiting for my truck on-site. Very poor service and bad customer attention. 11/10/25

Great job! Except whoever washed my car. He cleaned my windows with a dirty rag. I came in with a clean car and left with super dirty and streaky windows.

The service was fast and friendly , but there was a lot of confusion over the cost of an oil change. The web had one price, the display board had a different price, and the counter clerk wanted to charge me even more. It makes me wonder if they were trying to do a bait and switch.

I was charged $565 for an oil change and an air filter. Not to mention a had appt on a Saturday and didn't get my car back until Tuesday. Very unhappy with Ferman Chevy
