I started seaching for a new car in July explaining I wouldn't be ready to buy till Sept. Sarah was great! I WAS COMPAREING SEVEREAL CHEVY DEALERS CLOSER TO HOME,BUT SHE COULD BEAT THEIR PRICE. I had gone to a few other dealerships to look at cars but walked away because I felt overwhelmed or I wasn't getting treated fairly since I am a woman. When I went to Fermans I worked with Sarah and she showed me a few used cars. She was upfront and never made me feel pressured. She ended up giving me an amazing price on a car that I am in love with also a great trade in value on my old car which I knew was about to kick the bucket. The rest of the staff was very friendly every time I walked by.
Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She really worked hard to make us feel comfortable and was willing to break a sweat (literally) to make sure we were completely satisfied with the deal as well as the vehicle. She really went above and beyond for us. We drove across the state (over 4 hours each way) to buy this vehicle. As exciting as buying a new car is, it's not my favorite experience to have to go through. But, working with Charlie Majeski and the other gentlemen at Ferman Chevy made it not so "painful".
Very good experience. I was able to purchase the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying. It was a very friendly and stress free process. Sarah Smith, the sales representative was very helpful, friendly and made the process transparent. I would certainly purchase or lease a car from this dealership again.
I told Sarah she was going to have her work cut out for her when I walked in. She smiled and was up for the challenge. She talked to me about my wants/needs, educated me on things I never thought to ask, let me leave, go elsewhere and look around and patiently waited for me to come back to her. I could not be happier with this dealership. We have been using this dealership since 2007. Steve in the service department is so nice to work with and helpful. When purchasing our next used car Steve recommended us to Sarah in the used car department who was so helpful and honest with us.
