On my original drop off date, I was told the service center had no information/history on my vehicle after scheduling directly through the center with my service advisor. I was told to reschedule. I dropped the car off a few days later and was told my vehicle would take 5 days to repair. I did not receive my car back until almost 3 weeks from the drop off date. When I called to inquire about the wait, I was told a different reason each time I called.

Took my vehicle in with major shaking at 32-48mph. Asked for an oil change, alignment, rotation, and balancing. Given a $1700 for a pitman arm. Pick up the vehicle after repair. Was told we did a rotation and alignment but never balanced them. I asked if the shake is gone with no response. Drove a 1/4 mile and the reason for the visit was the shake and not addressed. Truck has leak in windshield wipers tank and it was not discovered even though they had over 4 hours. When I first got the truck they left all their garbage in it. I told them the truck was still showing no water in tank they checked it and said it had a leak. They want me to return with the truck to check. They don’t give me time or appointment. My car was at the dealer for 7 days without being repaired. When I came to pick up my car, I was told it was fixed. It would not start and the starter needed to be replaced. This could have been completed in an hour on the first day I had my car towed to the dealer

They had my vehicle for two days and did nothing to help me and I have extended warranty a employee there told me that they can’t keep technicians so that’s why they are pushing work away and their employees keep leaving

Usually service is good and they accommodate me knowing I use my car for work. This was now the third time my vehicle has been in the shop for fuel related issues. They were “short staffed” and couldn’t even look at my car for several days and then once they finally did, it was 5 more days to get the part delivered and my car fixed. I requested a loaner or rental car and was told my contract only allowed a rental for the day the car was serviced and no loaners were available leaving me again without a car for 9 days. Let's start with the mis judging of the time it wood take from start to finish. The lies from Miller. Lack of staff to get job done.. The junk parts that were used.. The mis alignment of body parts.. Not installing my equipment that was promised.. Lack of pride in there work ethic.. Missing parts from the hood.. Not taking care of the door leather that techs caused.. I will never recommend FERMAN Chevrolet, to anyone!!!

First dealership the manager didn’t show up to thank me or ask me about any concerns, and the lease number wasn’t tax included I got fooled about it, salesman never said to me 3% on credit down payment and the max is $5000 I can’t go more, I been waiting month for 100k vehicles then I got treated not fair
