I waited and waited for the numbers to come back. Finally I got the shocking numbers. I dealt with genaro. Believe me he is in the wrong business. He said I was wasting his time. What I'm the buyer. You are suppose to waste your time With a buyer !!!!!!! So genaro I am going to another dealer. So I don't waste your time !!!!! Your loss !!!!!!

Poor service Compass just nearly out of factory warranty and the extended warranty does not cover all bumper to bumper items as told, to get a resolution we were told to contact Chrysler to resolve instead of dealer doing it and after Chrysler agreed to cover the repair the service center decided not to honor the repair, at this time I can't contact service tech to get an answer as to why overall not pleased and will never go to Ferman Jeep in New Port Richey for service or buying a vehicle again. xxxx they didn't even wash ... read more

Too much time. I drove 30 minutes just to make sure I used a Jeep dealer for service. Everything was fine making appointment and getting there but they didn’t take my vehicle in for 40 minutes after my appointment. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. It was over two hours to get it done which is a huge waste of my time. I am new to Florida and first time at Ferman. Also my last time. No respect for my time.

4 hours of waiting Brandon was very nice, but I sat with my 3 and 1 year old for nearly 4 hours until I finally went to ask why it was taking so long. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and because the automatic engine shutoff light was on. I made an appointment about 5 days in advance. I'm not sure why it took so long and then they try and say after 4 hours of waiting that I'm paying $230 for a new battery for the light issue. Finance department is full of lies The sales person was great done in 30 minutes. Waited for financing who didn't talk to me about anything. I have a high credit score, claimed to have to buy down my interest rate by buying a extra warranty. Called Chrysler was a joke. Wouldn't call me to cancel. Horrible people

Disappointed I took my car in for an oil change. I also had a recall. The recall was done, but no oil change. After almost 5 hours, I chose to leave without what I came for.

Rear shocks FERMAN called JAMIE told me parts were in. Came in and waited two hours. Was met in the waiting area and informed that all of the parts were not ordered. They installed shocks but not the bumper bounce. Now I need to reschedule and wait for that work to be done. The noise I initially came in for is still there. I’m concerned that the rattle I came in to diagnose is still there. No happy.

They do not honor appointment times! I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am. I was told that it would take about 20 minutes for the recall service, but to allow 90 minutes. I scheduled my morning accordingly. I dropped off my Jeep at 9:13. My husband picked me up. I return to this dealer at 11:40 and I am told that the technician has not even started working on my vehicle! Why did I have a 9:30 appointment? What a waste of my day. I will go elsewhere next time.

Horrible customer service I brought my car in and the service guy Jamie was extremely rude about the other service men not being around and having to help me when I wasn’t originally his customer... I was not allowed a rental like I was for the last recall and when everything was finished I had to find my own car in the parking lot by using the emergency button... usually they drive it up to the front so I don’t have to go searching all over the lot.
