Appointment not valid Made an appointment for vehicle service. Arrived 15min early, only to wait for over an hour. I asked if my car was being worked on, only to find out it hasnt even been moved from its spot. I asked for my vehicle back and left.

Too Automated While I embrace technology, it's not a substitute for communication and customer service. After getting our Jeep serviced we received numerous emails and text messages, we responded, but received nothing back. I called and left voice mail 3 times asking for a confirmation that service was done, the Jeep was detailed and the amount of final bill. BLUE PEN MARK ON MY D/DOOR! Oil change took two and half hours, w/appointment. BLUE PEN MARK on D/DOOR! Why so many recalls? Just bought from Chrysler Waited five minutes at the door with no line, and no one acknowledged. Two employees were working and the others where looking past me like they do not work there and browsing on the computer, “appeared to be, AUTOTRADER”. Been a dodge fan for awhile with no issues, but sure surprised on this one.

Dishonest The service man told me something expensive was wrong with my car. I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion and my car was cleared. Glad I listened to some great advice and got my car out of there. I also asked when dropping off my vehicle for them to replenish fluids and of course that was not done. I had a far better experience with Jamie in the past.

Terrible customer service Hate coming to this service center they acted like your not even there. And trying to call them on the phone haha what a joke I cant wait to sell this car so I dont have to come back here

Rude Service I arrived for my appointment a few minutes late the service rep was rude saying I was late and that he didn’t think they could help me. I replied saying I was less than ten minutes late. I confirmed they were doing an oil change and also confirmed that my car would be washed and vacuumed since I requested it when I made my appointment Jamie said it would. Oil change and time My appointment was at 11 for an oil change and did not get out of there till 1:30 absolutely bull ridiculous. Then I had a coupon for 21.95 with the dealerships information in the coupon was told oh we don’t don that oil change anymore. So I had to wit over 2 hours for a dm oil change and pay double the price. I have told several people not to go there and in the process of contacting channel 8 news

Beware of lies Had a horrible experience with this dealership price was fair went in approved at 7.44 % they told me they couldn't find that offer ended up with 12.12 and 8 inquiries on credit report called cap one they said 7.44 was still good but they wont refinance for 5 months so I'm stuck with it do not trust mark

22 days in the shop, over priced, and treated like crap my truck broke down Saturday. got it towed in there that afternoon. got a call on Monday saying they got the truck and the alternator is bad which is going to cost $1,300 dollars which I thought was terribly high but I have already paid for a tow there so at that point getting gouged is life. the service rep said truck would be done Wednesday.
