Excessive delay in obtaining parts I brought my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the dealership where it was purchased for repairs on the nonfunctioning Climate Control system. After troubleshooting the system and adding Freon, the system still refused to function properly. The systems "Blend Doors" seemed to be stuck in the full hot position. I was informed that it would take about one week for the part(s) to arrive. It has now been about a week and a half and no word from the Service Department. Multiple failures I recently bought a set of tires from Ferman. The tires had to be ordered, and after they installed them, and I got home, I noticed they installed a different set than I ordered. When they installed the tires they also did an alignment, and I also noted the truck pulled to the left. I let them know of the errors, and 3 days later they installed the correct tires and corrected the alignment. Given the run around Steve at the service center was helpful in diagnosing my car and getting it cleaned for me as well as giving me the number to Guardian. However, since calling Guardian I’ve become aware that the policy I was sold by this dealership doesn’t cover the one single thing I had asked for. Nobody has responded to me about this or has returned a single phone call. I have left messages with Eric as well as Jonathan. Very disappointing.

people are friendly but price to value is non existent Service Consultant(s) and reception were always polite and professional. I made an appointment and then dropped my vehicle off the day before the 8am schedule time since I know it can be a little hectic for early AM service teams. Explained to intake representative the primary issue because this is the second time I've experienced this AC issue, first time it was addressed under warranty (at my purchasing dealership out of state, I have since relocated).... Hate all the appts Ive taken my van in several times for minor things. I had moisture in a headlight on 1 visit and the 1 back seat wouldnt fold and go. For that 1 visit i had 3 diff appts. Im not crazy about that i have such a busy life with a disabled husband and i cant afford to have my car tied up 3 diff times for half a day ea time. My last visit i had moisture behing my speed gauge i have to have another appt to find out why its there and then another appt to fix.

Terrible I wish I could rate them 0 stars. This dealership and their service department is a disgrace to Jeep. Not only are they terrible unfriendly but incredibly incompetent. After purchasing a brand new Jeep Renegade a little over a year ago I’ve had nothing but issues. After being towed to this dealership at 3:30pm after the car just randomly stopped working entirely, I was told by the awful lady behind the counter that the car wouldn’t even be looked at until the next day because it was too close to 5pm. Eric Dugas is a terrible person. Tried jamming fees and coverages down my throat. Basically called me an idiot when I refused them. Made it clear to salesman I wanted all the numbers on the offer sheet BEFORE I was sent in to sign contracts. Picked a vehicle, negotiated price, added dealer fees,taxes,registration fees. All of which I knew would be added. Came to a total. Said deal, offered cash down bringing total to finance down to 15,000. Immediate approval from management for financing. Went in to buy 2014 truck Overall attitude of dealership was not bad but I went in to purchase a newer Chevy Silverado ended up finding one that I like right after I drove off the lot check engine light turn on and transmission felt weird bring the truck back the next day service says they are not quite sure how to fix it so I just gave the truck the back and take my business elsewhere.
