customer service 2019 Ram limited was towed in 3 times and the communications between this dealership and myself could have been much better, never did get back to me on an issue I asked. Them about camera in the back.

Good on repair bad on communications. Got text saying text with any questions. Never answered my questions. Had to leave overnight given ride home. Next day checked via text. No answer. Called said 3/4 hour would have lady call about pick up. Got call from Ed that I wasn’t answering phone. She was calling wrong area code. Talked to lady and she said knows address and will be there 45 min. 1 1/2 hours later still no ride. Sent text no answer. Call Ed and he said I called and canceled ride. I did not cancel. Poor service and parts department I will say I did not buy my 17’ 2500 cummins here because of a 13k difference in the exact same truck at a different dealer. That being said, i pull in to the drive was not greeted even though there were employees in the drive i sat there for a minute then an older women pulls up 3 SA run out to get her going, i say hey can someone get my info for my scheduled warranty work and get dirty looks and told to wait. So i go into the SA and get it going, now I know dealers hate warranty stuff but ... read more

Recall and oil change I asked to see the air filter they said needed changed. Was told it was in the car and it was not, therefore I'm not sure if it needed replaced or just money add on. Not happy.

I waited too long for service. Owning to the scope of the work done, I expected a wait. But not 4 hours. It seems unfair for someone to that long for any type of service and not be briefed.

Criminaly like shady like dirty snakes something like that It was my tenth vehicle tenth sale never had any problems especially like these or so so many. don’t do it not worth it not even close. start with new upper management and this sales guy oh boy. Gee thanks not qualified to deliver pizza. Again seriously terrible criminal like hope Chryslr does something

The service of a life time!!! Your service department is similar to y'alls sales department. Useless. I took my truck to get fixed and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong. Even went out of their way to pull my truck into their shop and do nothing other than write up some paperwork to cover their own xxx. Literally a waste of my time and theirs.

Lack of communication and lack of copleting the job Need to answer the phones and return phone calls and text in a timely manner and complete what’s on service forms still has to go back for a shimmy

Lacking return call Left message for a follow up to visit as the tire they repaired went flat after 3 days. No return call so I had to go to another service company.
