Picky customer service Attempted multiple times to do a transmission fluid change and still waiting to get serviced the machine still broken, made an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and waited in line to get taken care of off and some lady peeks her head in and Jamie the desk rep. Terrible service Came in for an oil change and to get something checked. First of all they completely forgot about my car and didn’t look at it till hours later when I called to check on it when we had an 8am appointment. Then they told us the problem was with our battery and we needed a new one. Quoted us over $300 for a battery and over $60 to install it. Didn’t say anything about ordering a battery or anything. Cannot go back after today Brought in a coupon which was sent via email from your dealership for 15% off an oil change. Had to threaten to cancel my appointment to get the service advisor to honor it. My factory stereo audio is cutting out on the left side and blowing speakers. They claim they couldnt replicate. Serious transmission problems Our car was in recently for various updates and repairs, and in general the work was fine. However, the transmission even though it has had “the latest and greatest” Computer updates, continues erratically to slam in and out of gear. It is unpredictable and it times it is severe. The transmission is faulty and needs replacement. This complaint is aimed squarely at Chrysler corporation, not Furmans. Horrible!!! Had a scheduled appointment at 2 arrived at 1:40. My car wasn’t taken into the bay until 3:10 and I left at 4pm!!! Horrible service without any notice of the wait. I tried to come early around 12 and was told to go home because it was too early. Then when I arrive someone with a 3pm appointment finished before I did?? Only positive outcome was the oil change was free I guess since they noticed my wife and kids were waiting with me this whole time. Poor communication and disregard to customer service.

Water pump replacement Typical dealership repair experience. Had water pump replaced, couldn't really get a decent response as to why a water pump would fail on a vehicle that only had 35500 miles on it. Unusual for me to see a water pump price that didn't include the gasket. Seems an easy way to add an additional $17 to the bill. Then of course you have to pay 32 plus $$ to get new antifreeze. And before they do anything, you have to agree to $125 plus diagnostic charge that will be applied toward the repair. Could be possi... read more
