Disapointed I waited two hours then asked the status of my repair and it wasn’t until I was inquiring, had to wait even more only to be told they didn’t have the parts. The screen inside the waiting area was not kept up to date either. I will get the repair I needed and shall not return. I have gone to the Ferman Ford dealership in Clearwater for two years and they were always outstanding. I also made several calls that were never returned to see if the part was in yet. The term one and done is applicable for this place.

oil change took my car in for first oil change...……….they did an unauthorized update and ruined my radio...now my car will be there 2 to 3 days

Going somewhere else! Never fixed what I asked them to fix. Cancelled my extended warranty with them. Took Jeep in several times for ongoing issues and light on dash. Light still on and issues still exist. Going elsewhere! The service people are good but the work is not!

Horrible worst service dept ever...Be Aware of Ferman Horrible customer service Please Be Aware of this Ferman Dealer....Worst experience ever...….. Jamie Kissinger lied to me about fixing my truck and lost thousands of dollars in possible revenue by fixing my truck as agreed upon...he left me stuck for 4 days with no vehicle and was a real disrespectful smart a** once I arrived to pick up my still broken Durango... Jamie should loose his job for this. I dropped my Durango off there on a Friday morning for minor A/C repairs ... read more

Went in for recall repair My husband took his car there to take care of a recall repair. The technician cracked a piece on his dash. When he got in the car he noticed it immediately. He broughtit to their attention and he was told "That couldn't have been me I wasn't anywhere near there." Well it was not there before, and it's there now. Disappointed I brought my 2017 ram in for a service and my tire pressure sensor wasnt reading in the truck... port richey insisted that they could not fix the problem.. so I picked up my truck and brought it to lutz dealership where they went ahead and fixed the problem instead of trying to make excuses to get out of it... so I'll drive a hour for better service..

Oil Change Appointment Scheduled my oil change over a week in advance for a Saturday at 11:30am. FYI -my oil changes are covered (along with a tire rotation which I was not having done). Arrived at Ferman at 11:25 (time noted). After waiting my turn, I was checked in. We were waiting, not dropping off. Walked around the lot for some time, sat in the waiting room. 3 STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT! FIRST TRIP WAS FOR TRANSMISSION SERVICE AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 2 TIMES BEFORE IT WAS FIXED (STILL NOT SURE IF LEAK IS FIXED). SECOND TRIP - I HAD DAUGHTER'S CAR TOWED (1 BLOCK) IN BECAUSE IT WAS RUNNING HOT. I TOLD THEM RADIATOR WAS LEAKING AND I WANTED EVERYTHING CHECKED. I keep having to bring my car back I've brought my car in at least 6 times because the radio likes to skip set radio stations when you using the control on the steering wheel to change the radio. The first three times, I was told it was user error. Jamie found it and did a computer update, which helped, but the problem resumed after about 2 weeks.
