Better things to do!!! Here is how it went down. I arrived to have recall service completed on a vehicle. As I was waiting for it to complete, approx an hour. I decided to browse the certified Challengers and Chargers. After about 30 minutes of roaming the entire lot looking at the various selection, I had been surprised that I had not been approached once by a single person. I hate come here If it wasn't for me HAVING to bring my jeep here for a recall issue I would never come back. It's always such a hassle.

simple issue Went there 3 times and the simple issue not fixed.the first time they said the fixed it .it was not fixed .the second time they said we need to order a part ..the third time they order the wrong part.the fourth time their is no fourth time I am going somewhere else

LISTENS TO CUSTOMER WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING TO PURCHASE A CAR FOR A FEW WEEKS AND THERE WERE A COUPLE VEHICLES THAT MET OUR CRITERIA. WE STOPPED INTO FERMAN CHRYSLER, NEW PORT RICHEY DEALERSHIP JUST TO LOOK AND COMPARE WITH THE OTHER TWO POSSIBILITIES. THE SALESMAN WHO HELPED US IS TEREK KASSEM. MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT... Disappointing experience from beginning to end Unwilling to negotiate AT ALL! Thankfully their lack of customer service benefited me, I was able to leave this dealership and find the car of my DREAMS for such a way better price. I left feeling completely hopeless, thanks to the way they had spoke to me. Thankfully I was able to turn this bad experience into a very positive one and will never return.

Ferman is horrible. This dealership is horrible. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and fruitless when it comes to dealing with them. I purchased a Jeep Compass that frequently doesn't start and randomly drains my battery, leaving me stranded at times. I have had the vehicle towed into Ferman multiple times with no answers. I escalated my frustrations to corporate and received a case manager. Ferman Doesn't Want Your Business! My experience with Ferman of New Port Richey has been a negative and rather puzzling one. I began shopping for a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and really fell in love with the granite silver altitude model on their lot. The worst part, and most puzzling aspect of this experience was that Jon Widing a Sales Manger stated they could not approve me under similar terms through Chrysler Capital as 2 other dealerships. Not even in the ballpark I have tried to make a deal with Ferman on five different occasions on a new Dodge Challenger over the course of four years. I always end up getting a better deal elsewhere. Guess I have to thank Ferman though, because they taught me the concerns I should present to other dealers. The $1350 I saved by going a little further south, will pay for the custom wheels and pinstripping I wanted. And, to think that the salesman had the audacity to tell me that Ferman has the lowest prices in the state!

Sneaky tactics while getting financed, lying or deceiving This is on a 2016 Jeep Unlimited This is a very lengthy complaint as they were very deceptive regarding interest-rate's and warranty covered components . I did return to try to get them to make everything right but they told me to take a hike. I wasn't even able to talk to anyone there that had any pull.
