Finance dept. error Very disappointed in Ferman dealership, esp. finance dept. I was into dealership approx. 4 mos. ago and cancelled GAP ins. on vehicle that I had purchased/paid off. I was told it would take approx. 4 weeks for refund. Here it is almost 4 mos. later and still no refund. bad service Very bad visit. I don't recommend this place to anyone and it is illegal to sell cars with no brakes. All he was worried about is running my credit and all i did was ask about the brakes and kicked me out

We apologize about the miscommunication and the way the sales associate handled the situation. We have been in contact with Angela and explained that we would never sell a vehicle unless it passed a safety inspection first. Every one of our vehicles goes through a pre-delivery inspection and any safety concerns are corrected before a vehicle can be sold. We take the safety of our guests and other people on the road very seriously.
I bought a new car here and I recieved the vehicle scratched and it was never resolved. I also was promised an accessory with the deal/car, never received.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Although our purchase experience was a good one, it ended at that point. We bought a 2013 Dodge Ram. Picked it up on 02/16/2013. Two days later, the check engine light was on. Day 3, new truck in shop for service. Told it was fixed the next day. NOT! Back in the shop already for 2nd time. Still do not have our truck. After calling dealership and complaining, received a call from Service Manager Jim Shaw. Informed it's a matter of "educated speculation." My free diagnostics cost me $107. After receiving three free diagnostics checks and repair estimates from other service centers in the area, I brought my vehicle into Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey for an estimate. At the end of the day, the price for repair was more then twice that of the other service centers in the area and it cost me $107 for information that I already had. I hAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM THIS MAN. iN ALL MY DEALINGS WITH rAY, hE HAS ALWAYS PRESENTED A VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND HONEST DEALS. HE IS AN ASSET TO FERMAN. AT LAST COUNT, I BELIEVE I HAVE PURCHASED (7) VEHICLES FROM FERMAN AND THIS SALESMAN!!!
These people and their customer service has no problem in doing anything to get you to drive any distance to look at their used inventory. They lied to me about a truck BIG TIME! THE TIRES WERE DRY ROTTED ON THE REAR AND WORN OUT, THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE AT 50%. HAD A LOT OF RUST IN THE BED OF IT, THE HITCH WAS SO RUSTED IT COULD NOT BE REMOVED.
