Rip off! I'll never return. It cost me $200 for a 15" vacuum hose to be replaced which took 5 minutes to repair. On top of that they did a safety check which they couldn't have really checked, because i personally maintained 4 moths ago all the items they flagged. Nice con job! They also told me brake pads were fifty percent gone. Not! The pads were changed 3,000 miles ago with light duty driving most of it @30 miles an hour driving my son to school ,1 stop light. Really they just wanted to get the $900 estimate out of me!

Same car $8k cheaper elsewhere I have had very good service from Ferman with previous used cars that I have purchased from them but this was my first brand new car purchased from them. Imagine my surprise when I found the exact same car from a dealership in Georgia for $8000 dollars less! I'm left wondering why the major price difference? Especially when I asked for a lower price on the car. I get it...."a sucker is born every minute". Thanks Ferman!

Jeep Wrangler I have purchanced our first vehical here, 08 wrangler. Was used but I was ensured that the vehical has been inspected otherwise it wouldn’t have been sold. Turns out after the first oil change that the oil had something in it to hide the problem. I had to have Amalie Oil company test all the samples to learn what I really bought. I have invested into a new crack shaft, rods, Pistons, bearings. It took three months for all this to be replaced and have a normal running vehical. Ken was a awesome salesman!!! Don’t... read more

Poor Experience When you are told that your vehicle has a FULL SERVICE check but you notice that the washer fluid was not checked at all because your "LOW WASHER FLUID" light comes on! (the next day!) Makes me wonder if the oil was even checked??? Then your service rep asks if any updates need to happen?? How do I know? If there are updates why are they not checked for? The worst service department ever I purchased a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee. I heard a small squeaking noise at the time of purchase. I was so small that it did not warrant looking into. As the months went on I notice the noise only when I hit a but or a pot hole. The headrest came apart one month after purchase. I later found that this was part of a factory recall that was supposed to have been handled by the service department. I called to report these problems and ask for and oil change. Un-Courteous, no communication, un-welcoming Showed up, no one in the service department acknowledged me or asked if I need help. They just kept walking by me til I finally asked someone to help. Dropped of the Vehicle and never got a status call, they kept it overnight without ever giving me a phone call or getting my permission. Left my wife and I stranded without a vehicle for 24 hours. Confusion! My transmission went crazy and I was stuck in low gear for a while.....the engine was racing. Also, I received a “shifter problem.” On my dashboard. I took it in immediately and was told they would check everything and get back to me. Not happy right now I have had this careless that a week and it is leaking fluid from somewhere. Fluids were not filled up either. Sad that I’m am going to have to spend a $100 to get this fixed. Not happy at all right now.

Couldn't get it right Couldn't find a manager three out of four things were wrong simply can't even put a trunk back together correctly they didn't even call me to schedule once my stuff is ordered I have to call them as they forgot
