All dealerships are the same Sales manager called me scheduled appointment with me but never actually met with me he sent some salesman who was telling me a lease is better than financing after I specifically told the sales manager on the phone my situation, no guidelines were followed. All dealerships are the same.

Salesman Adam Rugg lied and discussed inappropriate topics Let me start by saying this is the 6th car I have bought and I have been impressed with every salesman at every other dealership besides this one! Not Helpful I’ve brought in my new Jeep Compass multiple times for the same acceleration/gas mileage problem. This is not been fixed. If the acceleration is just “the way it was built” fine, but why is the fuel economy suffering? It is a complete lie to have this jeep advertised as 23 city/32 Highway. I WISH I got this kind of fuel economy. I do not come even close to averaging within those numbers. Very poor quality.

Poor service Had brakes, slippers and pads installed on my 2011 Compass and experienced periodic squealing. Took it in last Monday yo find out the problem and after the review, was told no issue. Yet noise continues periodically. Not happy and do not feel am receiving appropriate answers - may take it to a brake specialist if after another visit, the problem is not solved

Service was terrible. They have no knowledge of what they can or cannot do. My caravan needed a system update for the navigation system. The nav system told me to take it to a dealer for the update. Called them, was told they could do it. Took the vehicle in for the service, after a hour and half was told they couldn't do the update because it was a garmin product. After leaving I discovered the maps no longer worked at all, before the service they worked fine just needed updated. Made a second appointment, my wife took the ... read more

Twice the estimated wait time I went to the service center for a scheduled appointment, it was an oil change and tire rotation. I was the only person in the waiting area for the first hour. The estimated time for the service was an hour, it took over two hours to complete the service.

They did not return my messages I received a phone message about my parts being in. I called three times and left messages and did not receive another call. This survey does not need me to identify anyone.

Everytime I come to ferman of NPR there’s something that prevents the work being done to my vehicle. I am told “we don’t give loaner cars” but i know for a fact they do! I was just told i would be paying 500 bucks starting for repair on my trans. I bring it to another dealer and they take care of it for free!

Lies, don't answer phone You are the worst service department I have had the displeasure of visiting. I could not contact anyone by phone and was told the truck would be finished in 1 to 2 hours. 4 hours and the truck was not serviced and no one called me and I could not reach the service department the phone busy and left messages that were unanswered. You obviously took walk-ins over me because you make more money from walk-ins than from corp. accounts
