WORST SERVICE TEAM EVER!!! Let me start by saying, I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, and they offered me a complimentary first oil change. I took my other vehicle in for servicing first, and my experience was so atrocious, I won't even bother bringing my other vehicle back for FREE!! MISLEADING SALES practices. Closed a deal via phone Monday afternoon, sales person made me an VIP reservation to pick up and pay for the vehicle on Tuesday. Upon my arrival I was informed that they did not have the vehicle we had a deal on, they then tried to sell me a vehicle without 4wd which the other had. WORST DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS! Took the car in for a transmission problem. The said it needs solenoids. Paid a very high cost and after the were replaced had a stalling problem with the car. Had it back in there 6 times each time they did something different and said it was fixed which each time it was not. So after spending a boatload of money time out of work the stalling still was not fixed. Deceptive sales practices The total time spent at the dealership was over 7 hours from 9:30am - 5:00pm on 12/27. I still cannot believe it took this long to purchase a car. The biggest issue I have is the automatically applied warranties and extras that Eric Dugas put into the sales contract without asking. The extra warranties included GAP, extended warranty, road hazard and some sought of clear coat protection. They say this protective clear coat protection was applied during detailing. Playing phone tag for months I bought a brand new 392 Charger off the showroom floor backing in August. The car was missing Two electronic updates. A week after after I had it I was driving and my OIL PRESSURE went to ZERO. It's now October 26th, and I'm still playing phone tag.
wiring/ short in the car I brought my car in because the Computer was shorting out. I explained when I came in back on June 10th, that something is shorting out the computer. I advised that i was able to unplug the neg cable and make the engine light go away and fix the car until it shorts out again. They first insisted the problem was the TIPM basically all the FUSES for the car. It was over $700 and did not fix the problem, infact it lasted about a month before the computer shorted out again. Poor Salesman My husband and I have been speaking to Roy Faulkner for a couple of months now on financing a 2016 wrangler unlimited. He explained to us that we needed $4,000.00 down before we could do the deal. We saved and kept in contact with him during the 2 months and when we were ready we contacted him again to let him know we were ready and to have a jeep ready for us by the end of the week.
