Suspension They did not fix or replace my suspension even if its still has warranty. And i hope they will fix the problem before the warranty end.

New Jeep is still defective after 5 dealership visits I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Jeep less than a year ago and I have found the car to be completely defective. It has automatically shut off while driving multiple times, putting me in danger and having to veer off the road. Horrific service Absolutely horrible service. I had an appointment and it took 2 hours and 10 mins to do an oil change and a tire rotation. They never even took my car in the garage until an hour past my appointment time. This is the second time I have had my jeep serviced there and both times were over 2 hours. This is unacceptable. This time I spoke with the service manager which was a complete waste of time. He had a real flippant attitude like oh well we were busy. Total lack of communication. Rude customer service. It seems as if the Service Center and Parts Dept could not have treated me worse then they have. Took three trips there to get two small pieces replaced that shouldn't have been missing in the first place. Finally on third trip the rude , uncooperative parts guy told me I owed HIM money. Bad costumers service Job never got fixed and Ed was not professional at all, talking to me about my truck while he was on his personal phone with another person explaining something to me about my truck with no idea of the facts on actually what was happening with my truck

Waste my time I brought my car in twice for the same issue just to be told Rico never even ordered the parts. It took them four hours at my second visit to tell me they don't have the parts. I've been told the parts are now ordered but I'll believe it when I see them. So it will take three visits, one of them having to take the day off of work to get two small cover parts for console. Severe lack of communication and disorganization.

Way too long for oil change and alignment. We waited nearly 2 1/2 hours fir an oil change and alignment. When we arrived our service advisor told us it would be an 1 1/2. After an hour and 40 minutes passed we went to them service advisor. We were assured that our car was next out. We waited an additional 40 minutes. Our service advisor never called or went to see what the hold up was. Incomplete When I made the appointment I told them I have a warranty that gives me free oil changes and I gave them the information at the time I made the appointment and no one looked it up. Also only three of my tires weee aired up and they washed my car but they missed big spots on the sides and half the bumper. At least they agreed to not charge me for the oil change that they originally gave me a bill for $79.00. That’s way overpriced.

Dishonest and misleading They intice you by test drives, then after they get you gong hoe for that “ nice truck” that they after marketed ask for thousands of dollars to pay for them cause the bank won’t pay for the “extras” they added when you try to finance This should be disclosed up front that you will need a LARGE downpay before bank will consider financing I will never go back or recommend this dealership
