Service department My 2016 truck should not have all these problems they cannot fix the clunking sound at 35 miles per hour everything that they repaired the interior dome light clearance lamps USB port turn signal backup camera are all broke again not to mention every time I bring it in for an oil change they print up all the services that they provide if you check personally you'll discover they did not check half of what they documented to performing. Terrible Dealership I purchased this Jeep Renegade from this dealership in December of 2017. 6 months after owning it it began jolting when switching gears. I brought it back to the dealership and dealt with Becky who is one of the worst people to talk to. I explained my issues and they dismissed them saying the could not duplicate the problem. Their approach is and always has been very condescending as they try and make you feel like you are stupid and don't know what your are talking about. They could absolutely care less ... read more

Don’t buy the Service Plan. No matter how much they push it I will never do business with Ferman, or any business associated with Ferman. While I got the truck I wanted, at an agreeable price, I was force fed a vehicle maintenance agreement. I told finance I did not want this as I lived too far away to return for oil changes or tire rotation. I was specifically told, by finance, that I could use the coupons at and dealership, receive maintenance and not be out of pocket. This proved to be an intentional and blatant lie. I ha... read more

Confusing information I received no comments when picking up my car. A couple of days an email from M. hughes indicated I ignored recommendations. I got none nor did I get the detailed print out of car point inspection. I am told need 2 new tires i emailed M. Hughes but no response. What is going on?

Poor Service, Doesn't honor terms of Extended Warranty Ferman Jeep doesn't honor the terms of the Max Care Lifetime warranty. Yesterday my 2013 Grand Cherokee broke down. There is a problem with the 4 wheel drive. I dropped it off at the service and was told that it would not be ready until Tuesday at the earliest. The max care lifetime warranty includes a loaner car for up to 5 days or rental car reimbursement. When I asked for a loaner I was told there were none available. Vibration in my truck since a recall had been performed. I have a vibration in my truck at speeds mainly at 55 MPH and above. This has happened after a recall for a steering problem was performed. I have tried to see if I can drive one the trucks on their lot, to compare the vibration, and was advised by Mike the service manager. Not honest long wait I had an appointment at 10:30 and wasn’t out until 12:00. Jason told me when I checked on my car at 11:30 that they were just finishing up. I sat outside and waited and saw the guy grab my car and pull it in the bay after waiting 1 hour to do my oil change which took an additional 30 min. Jason wasn't honest with me when he said they were finishing up, when in fact they never started. This was my first oil change since purchasing my Jeep and I can’t say I’ll be back

Horrible wait times Schedule an oil change appointment for 8 a.m. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. my vehicle was not taking back for the oil change until 9 a.m. horrible communication and even worse service I was very disappointed in my experience every time I go in for an oil change there's always a long wait even when you schedule an appointment this should not be the case

Very unsatisfactory 3 times at shop for an electrical issue last time there they fixed the seat but never checkes the electrical issue service writer was completely unprofessional and very rude
