Complete lack of communication from the service dept Backordered part took 15 months to arrive, in the meantime no updates from Jason. Every time I called, I got a "let me check on that and call you back", except no callbacks came. The only information I got was when someone else actually checked for me. I eventually found out that the part had arrived (after it had been sitting there for almost a month). Not fair Got used Jeep. In 3 weeks. Back and fourth. They where not fair to me. I was there 5 times. And Steve. Make like i didn’t see that. Like I did it. Fix one thing break. Two things.

Lousy service Bought a used van and I said I would be back in two days to pick it up, salesman said that would give them time to clean it up. I returned and was told they hadn’t started cleaning it yet. I waited over an hour and when it still wasn’t ready I said I will take it the way it is and waited another 20 minutes. I called 3 days later to ask a question. The only one that answers the phone is the receptionist. No matter what department you want it is a recording. My problem wasn't fixed My engine left Ferman with the same top-end engine chatter I brought it in for. No one at Ferman wanted to listen when I said "rocker arm" issue, and I'm fairly well-educated about engine function. I took my Jeep to Crystal in Brooksville and they diagnosed it as a faulty rocker arm. Mike Hughes at Ferman told me to let my Jeep get worse before bringing it back in. Oil Change Becky was wonderful and an asset to your organization. The reason for my rating of 2 is because I never waited 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. This should be a half hour service for walk ins.

Said I wasn't being truthfull 2016 town and country had an engine noise the tech said no noise was there that I was inaccurate saying so I went to a competitor further away the next day and they found a cracked flywheel and 2 cracked rocker arms also all I heard from employees there was that how busy they were I dealt with the service manager and a female service writer

Not good My oil change took an hour and one half. My dealer in Indiana has never taken that long. They sent me away with no charge but that is the second time that has happened. The earlier happening was a number a years back but we are Snowbirds and only in the Ferman market a few short months so we begin to wonder. Another thought has come to mind--We saw that we were due for an oil change, we were in the area and pulled in to make an appointment. The computers were down. poor service and poor customer service. Didnt fix what was wrong, I paid $900 TO CHANGE A PUMP, NOW they say the pump hasnothing to do with the battery going down. The guy told me my words were I WANT MY CAR TO START, and he said when I left the dealer, the car started, but I wanted the car to start EVERY day. It took them 12 days to change the fuel pump and that was not the problem. Today is back on the dealer, taken care by the supervisor, hope he does something withoup ripping me iff

Worst experience I have had at a shop ever I always liked taking my car to Ferman for service. That definitely has changed based on the complete failure of my last visit. I went in for a 44k scheduled maintenanced. I arrived at my scheduled time of 3:30pm. As always they told me to wait in the waiting area and someone would come pick me up. I took out my laptop and started working while I waited. I didn’t even realize how much time had gone by.
