I have been trying to get a recall done there for years, they keep telling me they don’t have the part. They say they will try to get the part and call me when they get it. They never call. I give them one star because I can’t give them less. There’s two recalls on my car that they refused to do. I’ve called jeep recall and they tell me the part is available so you’ll figure it out. Yes, I did purchase my car there. They could show a little customer loyalty.

I took my car to get an oil change in September of 2022 to get an oil change, and the service tech sent me on my way with the cap off, sitting on the side underneath the hood of my vehicle. Oil spilled out of my vehicle and all over my driveway. Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Wesley Chapel was nice enough to clean, detail the inside of the car and provide a free oil change. First and last time at this jeep service location. I thought I would try this jeep location since it’s on the way to my place of work. I Took my jeep in for a oil leak diagnose and to check my water pump for play. I have owned a Jeep for 10 years, bought my 1st from this dealor. Got a better price for the 2nd elsewhere, but still used this Feeman for Service. I was always happy with the service until about 1.5 years ago, when they told me that I needed repairs that weren't needed. They told me I needed new brake pads and rotors, I got a 2nd opinion ar Midas and my rotors were good only needed new pads. A big price difference! Referred a friend to them after buying a truck from them, they tried charging 4 grand more then the ferman in New Port Richey. My after purchase buy service was a terrible expeirance.. do your self a favor and drive to new port richey ferman you will save thousands.

Not sure where to even start. Worst experience of a lifetime with this dealership. We are looking for a first car for son. Yesterday saw vehicle online called and was available. We drove out saw vehicle test drove and interested in purchasing vehicle. Son was out of school in an hour and a half and wanted him to see before we purchased.
