Scam artist and liars. They will change prices on you and shell game numbers to end up where they want to be not you This was my second time here and the same issue 5 years ago. Shame on me for ever stepping foot in this place again. Stay away at all cost

Terrible service department The service department has a lot to be desired, they had my work van for two weeks. When I questioned when the work would be finished they told me the part was not supposed to come in for another week. They had no reason for the delay in receiving the part. The other issue is you must speak to your service advisor, if they are off you have to wait until the next day they are at work. Would not recommend using them!

Kathy was great Dodger side of Operation is so much better than GMC that is way I have 2 cars in the last 4 months. The people at GMC side actively try and mislead you! That is why I will never buy from there again after purchasing 3 Vehicles there; because I know that attitude begins at the "Top of the Chain" and goes down to their people!!!

I have worked in finance, business development and corporate sales training for 25 years and understand customer service, customer loyalty and business reputation. Prior to doing business with anyone I do my homework and thought that Ferman was going to be a good company to work with. Unfortunately I have found that customer service is something that you cannot expect from Ferman the second that you pay them and sign the paperwork. Dishonest and unprofessional We have had the worst experience. We leased a vehicle from them they messed up lease and our contract said a mileage price and the contract they sent to Ally was a higher mileage amount/ I found this out 3 years when my lease was up. I went and sat with Tom Frost- Finance manager. Total lies. He said he will fix and take care of us. Well we leased another car and paid them 4000 plus monthly amount due. Unable to repair 4wd under factory warranty My Jeep has been in 3 times and it is under factory warranty and they are unable to fix the 4wd. How is it that a Jeep that comes with 4wd as a standard feature cannot be repaired? Because they have a terrible service department.

Just a plain waste of my time. Went in to trade car in for a Jeep. For starters the amount was $8k less than payoff. Didn’t think it would go that low. Then salesman didn’t even run our credit. Just said payment would be in the $800-900 range. That assumption would’ve put us in the mid to high teen interest rate.

poor sales, finance and service departments I have had a wide variety of issue with this dealership. 1.) They never completed the paper work with the state so it took 2 months to get a new tag. 2.) Then they never notified the state that they bought by F150 so my license was suspended for not having insurance on a truck that they own. 3.) No manager ever calls you back 4.) I was specifically told that if I had a leak in the Jeep that the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty would cover it. I brought it in and they do not c... read more

Finance bait-and-switch Stopped by Ferman Buick before Christmas to look at a truck. I explained to the salesman that my current credit situation was poor and that due a recent auto accident I was in need of a reliable car. He felt confident that he could help.
