Very POOR customer service Made us wait two hours to deliver car, while staff was in a meeting . Rushed paper work when I told I was leaving without buying car. I called later with question about how car worked . I was told I would get a call back . No call. I called and left a VM with sales manager and told him Ibhad question and no one called me back . He did not even call me back . Last time I or my family will do business with Fernan .

Still having issues they didn't bother to fix. I can't get them to fix the same issues I still having.. If you are a woman by yourself..they just try to get you out the door asap.. I will also write a yelp review for this terrible place that won't fix your car if you are still under warranty. Avoid this place..

Dont Buy bought a 2018 jeep wrangler sahara unlimited jl brand new that broke down on me on the way home on I-4 the dealership had to have it towed back. Management act like oh well see maintenance... no apologies or what can we do for you?? after the vehicle lost power and almost caused a rear end collision. hey they got my check... oh well just stay away from this dealership!!! EXTREMELY POOR I took my 2016 Challenger 392 Hemi Scat Pack Shaker in for its very first service, an oil change and tire rotation. The service technician scratched my wheel. I didn't realize it until about a week later since I garage (only 5600 miles) it most of the time. I also notified the service department representative three times before getting a reply. CAREFUL doing business Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Ferman Jeep is very crooked. Advertised a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for $46,050 with a $50,885 msrp. Came in next day to look at it and the Wrangler was a week away from even getting there. On top of that they raised price 500 bucks to $46,550. Needless to say I left. **SRT/Viper Owners Beware** We’ve been working with the SRT Team at this dealership since early 2017 to resolve a reoccurring issue with the electronic throttle control. Committed Fraud non disclosure and refusal to repair Worst dealership in my life stay away. They are corrupt, dishonest and only care about taking your money. Bought a used Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins Diesal. Informed me all concerns with check engine light were fixed before taking delivery and it was not.
