We saw an off-road in your Tampa location in Silver that my spouse liked. We spoke to sales agent Jim Pinkney, got pictures of the vehicle, understood the condition and went over the price and all applicable charges. Worked with this dealer in the past. Horrible experience. This was hopefully going to be different, but it wasn't. We worked with them to get a vehicle purchased. They agreed on a purchase price of 47k as mentioned in the email attached. took off work, canceled dinner plans to get out there as requested. Had to drive another car because we were selling them our jeep. After over a week, then about an hour there they come back and tell me they meant to tell us 41k not 47k as agreed to via email. Gheorghe was a pleasure to work with as he was very personable and easy going. Robert, the finance director, made the financing aspect of buying a car enjoyable with his upbeat personality! Gheorghe and Robert played a key role in my purchasing experience, but my interactions with one of the sales managers and a sales associate resulted in sub par customer service. They both lacked professionalism and really impacted my overall opinion of the dealership.

Not a happy camper at Fermans today in Lutz, FL. Bought a 2021 RAM truck that we should’ve walked away from when the trade amount from our trade didn’t match another dealership offer. We were talked into buying this truck and my gut feeling was why did I need such a big vehicle when that’s not what I wanted. Today went to see Rocco to get what we thought would be a deal because they needed trades. My jaw hit the floor when they came back with $15,000 financed into the new vehicle cost. This time we walked away for good.

Bait and switch dealership on used cars. Called about a certain car and they sent me a quote that was $5k above the advertised price on their site and Autotrader. When I asked why, they said because you have to qualify for specific financing, add a trade in, and pay $1000 for cleaning and service fee. So essentially a bait and switch rip-off job. What a joke. Stay clear.

Screwed up registration paperwork, multiple trips back and forth regarding paperwork issues, shady sales trying to hide flaws in "new" vehicle,.... won't go back EVER

This dealership had a car advertised on Autotrader for $14,000. I was sent an invoice for $18,000.00 PLUS ridiculous dealer fees. When I said the car was 14K online, the salesman says they charge 1k for paying cash and 1k for not having a trade in. Nothing about this on Autotrader. I would never buy anything from these xxxxxxxx.

God help you if you buy a vehicle from this dealership and need any kind of service. Their advisors are clearly given incentive based on shirking any responsibility to look into or fix a vehicle. I do not believe this is representative of all Chrysler dealerships, as I've had great service elsewhere for problems related to the one Ferman wouldn't even look at. I've had a 2 and a half year odyssey with my pacifica. It's still not right, and I still can't get them to properly look at it. These vans are waaaay to expensive to d... read more

Totally disappointed by the lack of knowledge of sales team. Chrysler did offer a lifetime warranty on all their vehicles which I purchased on all my Challengers. I inquired about it since it was a great selling feature. The salesman swore up and down that there was no such thing and had been in the business for years. He didn’t just lose my business, Ferman did and I went to Jim Browne to get my Grand Cherokee. Judge this dealership for yourself...they’re not the only one in town. Good luck!
