Horrible experience The worse costumer services that I never received in a dealership, unexperience sales persons, worse Internet sales service, they did not take seriously your appointment, not value your time and businesses, I will never buy from Ferman or Recommend thus dealer.

Literally caused physical harm I came in to test drive a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, having been excited for the vehicle for some time and having test drive the previous year's model. David Colvin was the salesperson who arranged the appointment. During the test drive, I realized that it was not the vehicle for me. Horrible salesman and service I went to Ferman jeep today to purchase a 2016 Jeep Wrangler unlimited and had horrible service with a very nasty and rude salesman with the most horrible attitude by the name of Kathy. First off we called to make sure they had the jeep we wanted and they stated that they did and would have it parked up front and ready for us and set an appt time for 2:00 which we had to drive two hours to get there. Frustrating and disappointing They sold us a Ram 1500 truck and told us the towing weight was 10,000,but salesman Forgot or didn't know that it had the lowest gear and would only tow 8300lbs.Now we can't purchase the toy hauler that we have on order.At first the manager said he would make it right. Richard, We feel bad for you in your situation, however you were told by both the Sales manager and the salesperson at the time you were deciding on which truck to purchase, what the pulling capacities were. If you ordered a hauler that is to big or heavy, we cannot be held responsible for that. Still waiting for my Jeep to be repaired. On 28 December, 2015, I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from the Ferman dealership on State Road 54, in Lutz. 100 yards from the lot, the service engine and passenger airbag warning lights came on. I brought it back to them for service, and got it back, two days later. Managed to drive my Jeep for a day and a half, before the lights came on again. Back it went to the service department. Engine light and transmission failure. The Jeep sold to me was faulty and unsafe. An engine light and airbag warning came on less than a hundred yards from the dealership, the day I bought my Jeep. Despite full a warranty, they have tried to get out of needed transmission repairs. Won't return calls or emails, and have generally made this the worst car buying experience of my life. I have been contacted about repairs, and hopefully will be picking up my Jeep (for good) this Friday.

False Advertisement Rude employees and lacking Finance dept I went to the dealership last night with intentions of finishing a deal on a 2015 Dodge Journey i was hoping i would either have keys in hand or pick it up the next day. Terrible to deal with I've bout a few cars from here. 2 in the last couple years. They have gone down hill considerably. I received an email showing an Internet price for a truck I had been looking at. I inquired about it and didn't receive a phone call or email back. So I called on the vehicle. They had the vehicle to purchase and I told them I'd come over to purchase. I was instructed that new rebates would be available two days from then and I should wait till then. Liars and Sneaks Worst customer experience that I've had from any company in my life. They lied about everything. They made promises about prices and then refused to follow through. Every shred of information and quote that I was given turned out to be completely untrue and was exposed once I started digging at the numbers a little. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE. Horrible people all around. I'm not sure how they sleep at night.
