We came to Ferman Volvo Cars of Tarpon Springs from Sarasota so my partner could buy a 2024 S60 plug-in hybrid. Then we were told a 2025 would be cheaper because of the federal government Clean Vehicle Rebate then being offered. We test drove the new car and liked it a lot. Unfortunately, this visit was incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of time. I requested four specific services online, but only two were completed. Not only was the tire rotation not done, but I was charged for it anyway. On top of that, the promised estimate for body damage was never provided. To add to the frustration, the car was returned with a black, greasy substance on the steering wheel, console, and driver's side door, despite being assured it had been detailed. Car was picked up at my home for annual service, was expecting it back same day but didn't get it back until following day, was told they were short staffed that day.

I was told the service would take 45 min to an hour, by the person who scheduled me and by the one who was there when I arrived. I asked about loaner car it transportation and was told it was mot needed because of the short time it was going to take. It took 2 hours and so was not given any updates during this time. Several hours after my car was done and I was home I received a phone call telling me my car was done…..I wish there was another Volvo dealership close to me because I am not thrilled by Ferman. The service was great, as always, but the way the accessory had to be installed was not what I would expect from Volvo. Given a choice, I would not have this option installed. The installation process necessitated some cutting of plastic and wiring runs that look a bit like a cheap aftermarket hack job. It's not the fault of the service department, but the way Volvo designed the accessory for dealer installation. Would definitely not recommend the digital rearview mirror unless it comes straight from the factory.

Making service appointments are the worst. If the service department does not answer it transfers to the call center and it us the worst, arrogant people and they made the appointment for me at a different location than Tarpon springs

Would've been excellent if we would receive a second fob, but they didn't. They should've offered at least to pay for programming and an extra fob.
