Regrettable. The expectations set were the opposite of the reality. Your fee for cc use is damaging your customer support. Your desk clerk shared the complaint level is high.

Bought 2022 Volvo for 4k oil change The first 3 oil changes were free 4th oil change I had to pay apparently for the 3 free oil changes $940.00!I was charged $510 for 2 hours labor!Thats $250/hr and the sad thing about it was I walked into garage after waiting for 1 hour and no one had even touched my car! I feel like I got totally robbed by my dealership! I would avoid this place at all costs. They sold me a car with unexplained mileage that stopped working as soon as I got it home. It took volvo 6 hrs to pick it up. First they said it was a software issue then they sd dead battery even though the car started when the tow truck arrived. They gave me back my trade in and tore up my check. giant aggravating waste of time.

While they were fairly nice in the beginning, it seems that as soon as I drove away, they didn’t care anymore. I called soon after I arrived home to tell them there was a problem with the windshield. The reply was short and defensive and their glass man said there was nothing he could do. I sought out my own repair at my expense just to feel safe in my new car. Next year when I trade again, I will not be buying from Ferman.
